Peter Sprague, President
|
| Peter has been involved in commercial mortgage financing
since 1989, arranging construction, long-term and equity loans for virtually
all types of real estate. He has a solid background in analyzing and
structuring complex mortgage transactions for both local and offshore
investors. In addition to his financing activities, he also has
practical experience in both construction and property management. Peter
is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Geography and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics. |
